Shipping policy
Production and Delivery Time
Our products are made in our own workshop in Pori, Finland. As a large proportion of our products are handmade and some are made according to the customer's individual requirements or measurements, the delivery time may be approximately 4–8 weeks if the product or the components required for its production are not readily available in stock.
We always aim to manufacture and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Please note, however, that delivery times for handmade products may vary depending on factors such as material availability and order volumes.
Deliveries Outside Finland
Selected products are available for delivery to EU countries and the United States. Due to their size and shipping requirements, our largest furniture items are currently available for delivery within Finland only.
Available shipping destinations and delivery options are shown at checkout based on the products in your order.
For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and, where applicable, are paid by the customer.
Uncollected Orders
Failure to collect a shipment does not constitute a return or cancellation of the order. If a shipment is returned to us because it has not been collected, we reserve the right to charge the customer reasonable costs incurred from the return and any possible reshipment of the order.
